Sugar Plantations For Export Sugar

Talcott Factors approached the Duterte Administration for a 60,000 hectare swathe of Philippine Government undeveloped land for conversion to a Sugar Plantation.

This was Talcott’s response to Presidente Duterte’s stated goal of returning the Philippines to an actual Net Sugar Exporter, a status not seen since the days of Presidente Marcos.

Talcott and the government have identified the land, in Negros, and Talcott has proceeded with a survey of the land and soil conditions data collection for this substantial development towards Export Sugar.
